Its strategy is to acquire, develop and operate vacation resorts, comprising resort managed townhome, condominium and vacation club units, with the benefit of extensive recreational facilities and full resort hotel services, located in prime vacation areas. The Group’s initial focus is on the theme park region of Orlando, in Central Florida.
