American Leisure Group either has, or intends to have, the following five vertically integrated business segments, which deliver multiple revenue streams.

Resort Development and Sales Division

The Resort Development and Sales Division will be responsible for selling high quality vacation condominium and townhome units to buyers, on a whole ownership basis.

Hospitality Management Division

The Group’s Hospitality Management Division will be responsible for a combination of resort and property management services, providing and operating resort attractions and amenities and managing the rental and property maintenance components for resort unit owners. It is expected that these activities will generate significant recurring fee income over time.
The Group intends to market the vacation home units for rental directly through its own travel services operations and also through the distribution network which is currently operated by Sonesta.

Vacation Club Division

A vacation club is a points-based membership system under which the members acquire a right to use and occupy resort units. It is also referred to as timeshare. The Group expects to target visitors to its resorts as the prime source of sales of vacation club points. By targeting guests staying at the Group’s resorts, the Directors anticipate saving significant marketing costs.
Additionally, the Group plans to acquire existing vacation unit ownership management companies in the future, which will increase the Group’s exposure to a target market of traditional timeshare owners who can be offered the opportunity to convert or upgrade to a more flexible points based network. As such, the management of resorts provides a valuable marketing channel for the Vacation Club Division.

Vacation Club Financing Division

Through its vacation club financing division, the Group intends to offer consumer financing in connection with the sale of vacation club ownership interests, subject to obtaining any necessary regulatory consents or approvals, where appropriate. It is intended that applicable interest rates will be competitive with those of major credit card providers.

Travel Services Division

American Leisure Group, through American Leisure holdings Inc., owns approximately 51 per cent of Hickory Travel Systems, Inc. ("HTS"), a travel consortium of approximately 160 travel agency partners, and 100 per cent of TraveLeaders, a major U.S. travel agency specialising in corporate travel services. The Directors believe that there is incremental value in the ownership of the Travel Services Division in terms of its use as a marketing channel for other Group activities.
